Email, organised around your customers.
Narlo is an email-first workspace for independent brands, suppliers and small B2B teams. Work from the email account you already have, with the customer, open deal and next step beside every message. Your inbox stays private, and AI is off by default.
Important customer context gets trapped in individual inboxes.
Sales conversations, supplier emails, customer enquiries, quotes, follow-ups — whatever your team uses email for, the useful part of it tends to live in one person's inbox and nowhere else. When they're out, or they leave, that context goes with them.
The usual fixes overcorrect. A shared team inbox exposes everyone's email to everyone with access — more visibility than the problem needs. A full CRM creates a second system that needs constant manual re-entry nobody on a small team has time for.
What usually stays in one inbox
Narlo sits in between. Your inbox stays private, and a separate, shared layer holds the business context your team actually needs to see together.
Connects, organises and links — it doesn't read your mind.
No AI guessing at what your email means. Narlo works deterministically — the same way every time, with nothing silently merged or guessed.
Connect the email you already use
Sign in with Google to connect Gmail, or connect most IMAP-capable accounts. No new address, no migration.
Capture context as you work
Link people to organisations, log quotes and track opportunities from the same screen you read email in.
Share the record, not the inbox
Your team sees the customer, the quote and the next action. Message content stays with the person who connected the mailbox.
A shared workspace for the business context your team needs, nothing more.
Customers
People and Organisations with deterministic identity — the same email address always resolves to the same contact, never silently merged or guessed.
Opportunities
A fixed, simple pipeline — lead, contacted, samples/trial, quote, negotiation, won, lost — built around how relationship-driven sales actually moves, not a configurable workflow builder.
Quotes, Products & Pricing
One shared product and pricing catalog your whole team quotes from, linked straight to the account and contact a quote belongs to.
Workspace search
One search across customers, organisations, products, quotes and opportunities — scoped to your workspace, never your teammates' private mailboxes.
Insights, not AI
Deterministic, fully explainable signals — accounts gone quiet, quotes with no follow-up, overdue next actions — each one traceable to the exact data that triggered it.
Email, privately
Read and work through your mail with the customer beside each message. Message content stays private to the person who connected it unless they explicitly share it.
Add what you need, one permission at a time.
Each connection is separate, asks only for the access it needs, and can be removed from Settings whenever you like. Nothing is connected for you.
Gmail
AvailableSign in with Google to bring your Gmail into Narlo. Narlo asks for read-only access, so it cannot send, delete or change anything in your Gmail account.
IMAP & SMTP email
AvailableConnect most other mail providers with an app password to read, reply and send from Narlo, using the address your customers already know.
Replying from Gmail
PlannedSending from a Gmail account needs an extra Google permission. It is not part of signing in, and will only be requested if you choose to turn it on.
Outlook & Microsoft 365
PlannedA native connection is planned. Until then, Outlook mailboxes work only where your organisation allows IMAP access.
Small, relationship-driven teams — proven first with product brands.
Narlo is sharpest today for independent brands selling through distributors, wholesalers, independent retail and foodservice — its account fields (store count, distributor, ranged products) are built for exactly that. The same privacy model works for any small team that lives in email.
A different boundary, not just a different interface.
Shared team inbox
- Everyone with access to the shared mailbox sees everything in it
- Visibility is granted at the mailbox or thread level
- Built for support/ops triage, not for keeping a record of an account
Traditional CRM
- Configure fields, stages and workflow before anyone gets value
- A second system that needs constant manual re-entry
- Logged email can end up more visible than intended
Narlo
- Your inbox is never shared by default — not even to a workspace owner or admin
- A separate business-record layer (customers, organisations, quotes, opportunities) is shared by design, with no setup required
- Fields and structure already fit how relationship-driven sales actually works
Your inbox stays private. You decide what becomes shared context.
Commercial information — customers, organisations, products, quotes, activity — is shared across your workspace, so your whole team works from the same picture. Your inbox is different, and it's not a setting you have to configure correctly.
Mailbox content is private by architecture
Message bodies and attachments stay visible only to the person who connected that mailbox — not a preference, not a toggle an admin can flip.
Admin doesn't mean access
Being a workspace owner or admin never grants mailbox content on its own — no exceptions.
Sharing is explicit and revocable
A mailbox owner can grant a teammate access to a specific inbox, and revoke it at any time.
Commercial records are workspace-shared
Customers, products, quotes and activity are visible to your team by business-record permissions — not locked to whoever created them.
Spend less time managing your sales system, and more time growing your business.
Narlo is in private beta and free to join. Connect your existing email and bring your team's context into one place — without giving up your inbox.
